1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Vistarapay website and, where applicable, technology or digital-service functionality made available by Vistarapay Ventures Private Limited.
Bharat Connect / BBPS and other partner-enabled financial or utility services described on this website are proposed or subject to activation unless expressly stated otherwise. Service availability depends on the authorised partner arrangement, technical integration, applicable approvals and contractual terms.
2. Permitted Use
Users must use the website and any activated service lawfully, provide accurate information, protect their access credentials and not attempt unauthorised access, manipulation, fraud, abuse, reverse engineering or disruption of the platform.
3. Partner-Enabled Services
Certain services may be delivered through authorised banks, Bharat Connect / BBPS ecosystem participants, billers or other service providers. Availability, transaction processing, settlement, limits, fees, reversals and service rules may therefore depend on the relevant authorised partner or biller.
4. Transactions and Status
Where transaction functionality is activated, users should verify biller details, customer identifiers and amounts before confirmation. A transaction should be treated as completed only according to the final status returned through the authorised processing arrangement.
5. Fees and Commercial Terms
Any applicable fees, charges, commissions or commercial conditions will be disclosed or governed by the relevant activated service, partner arrangement or user agreement. Vistarapay does not guarantee any particular commission, payout or settlement time unless formally agreed.
6. Intellectual Property
The Vistarapay name, website design, software, content, branding and technology elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features or proposed service categories, particularly where required by a partner, biller, technical dependency, security requirement or applicable rule.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law and contract, Vistarapay will not be responsible for interruptions or outcomes caused solely by third-party networks, billers, banking systems, partner infrastructure, user errors, force majeure or events beyond reasonable control.
9. Governing Framework
These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable Indian law and any service-specific agreement, authorised partner requirement or mandatory regulatory framework that applies to an activated service.
